I am a some what paranoid, cautious buyer after previous experiences of untrustworthy dealers , but after weeks of looking, I came across New Street Car Centre.
I found a Kia ceed which compared to everything else I had been looking at, was very good value. I emailed the company and I was contacted straight away. Dan put my mind at rest and throughout the whole process, kept in contact. The car was delivered to my house (yes, I hadn't even looked at the car- crazy I know) but I was so impressed. Had all the documents and 3 months warranty for assurance. The car drives like a dream and looks amazing. What's more, Dan even rang me that evening to check that I was happy!

I purchased a Vauxhall zafiri from these guys on the 2/11/17 and sadly 10 days later i started to get a knocking noise from under the hood, i took it to an independent garage to get the low down as i did not wont to be fobbed off ,they confirmed it was the alternator bearings that had gone.
so i phoned new street car centre up expecting a full on fight how id bought it now and it was my responsibility but was absolutey shocked at his response here's what the owner said.
don't worry about it, its covered if it needs a new alternator we will fit one and test it for free, he asked me to bring the car in so i did 10:30am his mechanic confirmed it was the alternator he said leave it with me and he would get back to me.
16:00 he phoned me up on the same day and told me the car was ready.....!!!! i nearly dropped off my chair so not only did they take it in the same day they fitted me a brand new one and took it for a test drive to make sure nothing else was wrong.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH.......!!!! absolutely awesome service definantly buy from this company there needs to be more traders out there that care about the little guys and they certainly do, so once again new street thank you very much for your effort and professionalism i will recommend you to all i know.
